Features of Pitta type:
hot - warm, reddish skin, all kinds of inflammation, overactive metabolism, feeling of warmth in the stomach, liver and intestines, etc. Pitta types usually like cold foods and drinks that counteract their own heat.
sharp - sharp wit but at the same time a pungent tongue; the same quality can lead to extreme acidification of the body and gastric acid overload.
wet - manifests in profuse sweating; the warm and sweaty palm typically pitta. The pitta types are being hot and humis, do not tolerate damp summer wather.
sour smell - in case of extreme pitta presence, bad breath and sour body odor or bad smelling urine and faeces.
MEAL RECOMMENDATION: it is recommended to eat hot or cold but not piping hot food, bitter and sweet flavors. It is recommended to use a little butter or oil for the dishes. Avoid pickles, yogurt, sour cream and cheese. Avoid using vinegar, instead replace it with lemon when making salads. Avoid alcoholic beverages and coffee, their astringent taste increases the pitta effect. Herbal teas are excellent. A vegetarian diet favors the pitta type. Instead of oily, hot, salty and heavy foods, eat vegetables, grains, beans. Chinese, japanese cuisine is favorable for the pitta type person.
Ingredients: yarrow (achillea millefolium), white clover (trifolium repens), brod-leaved dock root (rumex abtusifolius), dandelion root (taraxacum officinale), agrimony root (agrimoniae eupatoria), shepherd's purse plant (capsella bursa pastoris), willow bark (salicis cortex), nettle leaf (urtica dioica), marsh-mallow root (althaea officinalis), fennes seeds (foeniculum vulgare), liquorice (glicyrhizza glabra).
CONSUMPTION: boil 2 teaspoons of tea mixture with 2 dl of water! Let stand for 10-5 minutes and strain. After that it can be consumed!
